What is the best software for an independent tattoo artist?

Does the estimate replace the consultation?
No. Clients see a ballpark range from your size, hourly and placement prices, and every estimate says the final price is set at the consultation. It filters out the people who were never going to book.
How do deposits work?
You send the deposit as an invoice from your phone and the client pays it by card. You set the amount and your policy, for example a deposit that goes toward the tattoo.
Does it handle consent forms or gift cards?
No. InkPilot does not do consent forms, e-signatures, ID checks or gift cards. Keep using the release form and ID check your state and county require.
Do I really get the site for free?
